Home My WebLink About059906-R3A2 - General - Contract - Airport Lighting CompanyCSC No. 59906-R3A2 THIRD RENEWAL AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 59906 BETWEEN CITY OF FORT WORTH AND AIRPORT LIGHTING COMPANY This Third Renewal and Second Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a Texas home rule municipality, and Airport Lighting Company ("Vendor"), each individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". WHEREAS, the Parties previously entered into City Secretary Contract 59906 ("Agreement") with the second renewal to expire on September 30, 2026; WHEREAS, the Parties wish to renew the Agreement for its third renewal term from October 01, 2026 to September 30, 2027; and WHEREAS, the Parties also wish to amend Exhibit D of the Agreement to reflect an increase in the Vendor's prices. NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement: I. AMENDMENTS TO AGREEMENT The following terms are hereby amended to replace the referenced terms in the Agreement and shall be binging and enforceable as if they were originally included therein. Exhibit D, entitled, "Seller's Quote", and attached to the Agreement is amended to include the updated pricing attached to this Amendment.: H. RENEWAL The Agreement, as amended, is hereby renewed for its third renewal term beginning on October 01, 2026 and ending on September 30, 2027 unless otherwise terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. III. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. OFFICIAL RECORD IV.
