AMENDMENT 1 AND RENEWAL 1 TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 63716
This Amendment and Renewal is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth
("City"), a home -rule municipality, and Afallon Management Company, LLC ("Vendor").
City and Vendor shall be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
WHEREAS, Parties previously entered into City Secretary Contract 63716 for Vendor to
provide venue space for the Amplify 817 showcase ("Agreement") on July 24, 2025;
WHEREAS, the Agreement was executed to provide the City with music production and
stage managing for a live music event, the Amplify 817 showcase, featuring Amplify 817 licensed
artists for the Fort Worth Public Library;
WHEREAS, the Agreement may be renewed at the City's discretion for up to four (4)
one-year renewal option(s);
WHEREAS, Parties now wish to renew the Agreement for an additional term from July
24, 2026 to July 23, 2027;
WHEREAS, Parties also wish to update the annual amount for pricing; and
WHEREAS, Parties also wish to add the performance date for 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, Parties, acting herein by and through their duly -authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement:

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
The following terms are hereby amended to replace the referenced terms in the
Agreement and shall be binding and enforceable as if they were originally included therein:
The attached Exhibit B hereby replaces the previous Exhibit B.
Section 3.1, Compensation, is hereby replaced by the following language:
3.1 Total compensation under this Agreement will not exceed two
thousand five hundred dollars and zero cents ($2,500.00) annually.

RENEWAL
The term of the Agreement, as amended, is hereby renewed for an additional year to
begin on July 24, 2026 and expire on July 23, 2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with
the Agreement.
3.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
4.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment and Renewal may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of
which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument.
A facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be
treated as and shall have the same effect as anoriginal.
