Contract No. CSC No. 64973 (the "Contract")
The parties executed the above -referenced Contract on April 2, 2026, to be effective April
14, 2026, and to expire on September 30, 2026. The Contract was subsequently amended to
provide for automatic renewal for an additional one-year term beginning October 1, 2026, unless
earlier terminated in accordance with its terms or by mutual agreement of the parties. This letter
confirms the parties' mutual agreement to terminate the Contract effective October 1, 2026. Please
sign below to acknowledge this mutual termination.
