CALL TO ORDER
With a quonun of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the Special
Called Council Meeting to order at 1:50 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, in the City
Council Chamber, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas.
REPORT OF THE CITY MANAGER
A. General
M&C 26-0407 (CD 4, CD 6, CD 7, CD 10, and CD 11) Adopt an Ordinance
Suspending Rate Increases Proposed by SiEnergy Gas, LLC, and Retention of
Legal Counsel and Consultants to Evaluate the Proposed Rates

Adrian Smith appeared before Council in opposition to M&C 26-0407.
Motion: Council Member Beck made a tnotion, seconded by Council Meinber
Martiiiea, that M&C 26-0407 be approved and Ordinance No.
28529-06-2026 be adopted. Motion passed 8-0, with Council Members
Lauersdorf, Peoples, and Hall absent.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Parker adjourned the meeting at 1:54 p.m.
