The location identified on this agenda is the location at which the presiding officers will be physically
present and presiding over the meeting and at which a quorum of the Retirement Board will be
physically present. Members of the City Council and the Retirement Board may be participating
remotely in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and the Council Rules of Procedure.
