FIRST AMENDMENT AND SECOND RENEWAL TO
CITY OF FORT WORTH CONTRACT NO. 61909
CSC No. 61909-A1 R2
This FIRST AMENDMENT AND SECOND RENEWAL ("First Amendment and Second
Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, a home -rule municipal
corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized representative ("City"), and
Bizon Group, Inc., dba Conexwest Corporation ("Vendor").
WHEREAS, on August 26, 2024, the parties entered into the agreement identified as City
Secretary Contract No. 61909 (the "Agreement");
WHEREAS, the initial term of the Agreement expired on September 30, 2025 and the parties
subsequently renewed the Agreement for its first of four authorized one-year renewals;
WHEREAS, the first renewal term is set to expire on September 30, 2026 and the parties have
agreed to renew the Agreement for a second renewal term of October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027;
WHEREAS, the Parties further agree to amend Exhibit D of the Agreement to reflect an increase
in the Vendor's unit prices;
WHEREAS, the total authorized compensation from the City to the Vendor for any single term
of the Agreement shall remain an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, Parties, acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the Agreement as follows:
L AMENDMENT
The following term is hereby amended to either replace any conflicting term in the Agreement
or shall be added to the terms and shall be binding and enforceable as if it was originally included
therein:
Exhibit D of the Agreement is amended to include the updated pricing as listed in the attached Exhibit D.
II. RENEWAL
The parties further agree to renew and extend the Agreement for its second renewal term,
effective beginning on October 1, 2026 and ending on September 30, 2027 (Second Renewal Term).
This shall be the second of four one-year renewal periods.
III. MISCELLANEOUS
(1) All terms and conditions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended pursuant to
this First Amendment and Second Renewal shall remain in full force and effect.
(2) All terms in this First Amendment and Second Renewal that are capitalized but not
defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
