The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth expires on September 01, 2026
(the "Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the Contract, the City has the sole option to renew the
Contract. The City is exercising its option for an additional one (1) year period, which will begin
on September 02, 2026, and end on September 01, 2027. All other terms and conditions of the
Contract remain unchanged.
