SECOND AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 64243
BETWEEN CITY OF FORT WORTH AND MACAULAY CONTROLS
COMPANY
This Second Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 64243
("Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a Texas home -rule
municipal corporation and Macaulay Controls Company ("Vendor"), individually referred
to as "party" and collectively as "parties."
WHEREAS, City and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 64243, beginning on November 2, 2025 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the parties subsequently executed the First Amendment to Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 64243 to add an additional instrumentation item to the
Agreement consisting of a Rosemount 3051 SAL Scalable Advanced Level Transmitter and
related components, as quoted by the Vendor on May 27, 2026;
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both the City of Fort Worth and Macaulay
Controls Company to further amend the Agreement by supplementing Exhibit B by adding
line items;
WHEREAS, the solicitation provides that additional items/services of the same
general category may be added based on the discount price sheet provided with the
proposal;
WHEREAS, the solicitation sought non-exclusive Instrumentation Equipment,
Parts and Services and the City wishes to purchase the same;
WHEREAS, Department staff verified that the item(s) are within the scope of the
original solicitation;
WHEREAS, Department staff verified that this amendment does not increase the
total compensation payable under the Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, the City of Fort Worth and
Macaulay Controls Company, acting herein by and through their duly authorized
representatives, agree to the following, which amend the Agreement as follows:

AMENDMENT
Exhibit B of the Agreement is hereby amended to add the items in Attachment 1.

II.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
III.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an
original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or
computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the
same effect as an original.
