Home My WebLink About061499-A2R2 - General - Contract - Indepth Utility Solutions LLCCSC No. 61499-A2R2 2ND AMENDMENT AND 2ND RENEWAL TO CITY OF FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT No. 61499 This Second Amendment and Second Renewal is entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH (hereafter "City"), and Indepth Utility Solutions LLC ("Vendor"). City and Vendor may be referred to individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties. WHEREAS, on July 31, 2026, the Parties entered into City Secretary Contract No. 61499 for City to purchase Stethophon wireless kits ("Agreement"); WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and Vendor to amend the Agreement to replace exhibit B due to updated pricing; and. WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and Vendor to renew the Agreement, as amended, for an additional year term.; NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement: 1. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT The following terms are hereby amended to either replace any conflicting terms in the Agreement or shall be added to the terms and shall be binding and enforceable as if they were originally included therein and the amended agreement shall be referred to as the Agreement in all future documents: Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is made a part of this Agreement for all purposes, replacing the previous Exhibit B. 2. RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT The Agreement, as amended herein, is hereby renewed for its Second Renewal Term, beginning July 31, 2026 and ending July 30, 2027. 3. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. OFFICIAL RECORD CITY SECRETARY 4. FT.
