Pursuant to the Contract, the City has the sole option to renew the Contract. The City is exercising its option to renew the Contract for the first renewal term. The first renewal term is a one (1) year period, which will begin on September 23, 2026, and will end on September 22, 2027. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged. Please return this signed acknowledgement letter, along with a copy of your current insurance certificate, to the address set forth below, acknowledging receipt of the Contract Renewal Notice. Failure to provide the written acknowledgment does not affect the renewal of this Agreement.
