SUBJECT: NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF CITY CONTRACT NO. 65006: 2022 BOND YEAR 3 CONTRACT 13
(City Secretary Contract No. 65006; City Project No. 104311)
Dear Mr. Canales:
I am writing to inform you that the City of Fort Worth has elected to terminate the contract for
the above -referenced project, effective as of the date of this letter.
Due to documented construction -related issues on other City projects, the City is electing to
terminate this contract pursuant to the contract's General Conditions, section 15.03 A. No further
work is to be performed or additional expenses incurred related to this project.
Section 15.03 further provides wrap-up procedures and for reimbursement for work already
completed or expenses sustained up to the date of termination. Please submit copies of the work
performed to date to the City, so we can assess what has been completed.
