With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City
Council Work Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order at 1:02 p.m. on
Tuesday, February 4, 2025, in the City Council Conference Room 2020 of the Fort
Worth City Hall, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas.

There were no upcoming and recent events.
B. Organizational Updates and Employee Recognition(s)
City Manager Jesus "Jay" Chapa called on D.J. Harrell to recognize Jennifer
Ezernack as Ambassador of the Year 2024.
City Manager Jesus "Jay" Chapa called on Robert Sturns to introduce Lance
Randall as Economic Development Deputy Director.

Council Member Nettles requested an update on security procedures for New City
Council Chambers.
Council Member Nettles requested information on the process for reporting
vandalism to vehicles.
Council Member Nettles requested information on the process and cost for
installation of cameras on street lights and signs.
Council Member Nettles requested information on the process for reporting and
addressing illegal buildings specifically on vacant lots.
Council Member Crain requested information on the process for Informal Reports
and tracking the status of the reports.
Council Member Crain requested a report on the regulation of the Use of Drones.
There being no further business, Mayor Parker adjourned the meeting at 2:30 p.m.
