Renewal Term No. 2 of 4: September 01, 2026, to August 31, 2027
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth expires on August 31, 2026
(the "Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the Contract, the City has the sole option to renew the
Contract. This letter shall serve as notice that the City is renewing the Contract for an additional
one (1) year period, which will begin on September 01, 2026, and end on August 31, 2027. This is
the second renewal term under the Contract. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain
unchanged.
