Section 2.

Telegram, a daily newspaper published in the City of Fort Worth, in accordance
with the provisions of Section 40, Cliapter XXVIII of the City Charter.
Section 3.
If any section, subsection, clause, sentence, phrase or word of this
ordinance is for any reason held void or unconstitutional by a court of com-
petent jtrisdiction, such invalidity s1aall not affect the validity of the
remaining sections, subsections, clauses, sentences, phrases or words, except
as the some are inseparable from and indispensable to the rcolaining portions
of the ordinance.
Section 4.
That this ordinance shall becoi-rie effective and, be in full force and
effect upon its final passage, which in no event shall be less than thiz,ty
(30) days from the date of its publication, as a,foresaid, and it is so
ordained.
