TO TANK RENTAL AGREEMENT (CSC 58070) This Amendment is made between Sun Coast Resources, LLC f/k/a Sun Coast Resources, Inc. ("SCRI" and/or "Vendor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Customer" and/or "City"). AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT The parties' Tank Rental Agreement (CSC 58070) is hereby amended by adding to the following terms, which shall be binding and enforceable as if they were originally included therein and the amended agreement shall be referred to as the Agreement in all future documents: The annual amount of the agreement (Seventy -Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Dollars ($78,840.00)) shall be increased by an amount of up to Twenty -One Thousand, One Hundred and Sixty Dollars ($21,160.00) to cover possible costs associated with the maintenance and/or repair of the Tank(s). All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. All capitalized terms, not otherwise defined herein, shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Agreement.
