I. Call to Order — Mayor Mattie Parker and Chairman Doug Wilson
With a quorum present, Mayor Par•ker and Chairman Wilson called the Joint
Meeting of the Foi-t Wot�th City Council/Foi�t Oi�th Employees' Retirement Fund
Board to order at 4:04pm on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, in the City Council Work
Session Room the Fot-t Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Woi�th Trail, Fot�t Wot-th, Texas.
II. Welcome and Introductions — Mayoi• Mattie Parker and Chairman

III. Actuarial Valuation as of December 31, 2025 — Joseph P. Newton,
Pension Market Leade►• and Actuai•y; Gabriel, Roeder, Smith &
Company (GRS)
Presentation was provided by Joseph P. Newton, Pension Marlcet Leader and
Actuary.
IV. Presentation on the Investment Performance of the Fund — Chief
Investment Officer Derrick Dagnan; Fort Worth Employees'
Retirement Fund (Fund)
Presentation was provided by Derricic Dagnan, Chief Investment Officer, Fort
Worth Employees' Retirement Fund.
V. Discuss the Performance of the Fund and Determine How to Address
the Unfunded Liabilities, if any, as Required by Section 5.11 of Article
6243i of the Texas Revised Civil Statutes — Mayor Mattie Parker and
Chairman Doug Wilson
Jim Lacamp spolce about the investments being a bit more challenging moving
forward.
