SECOND AMENDMENT AND SECOND RENEWAL TO
CITY OF FORT WORTH CONTRACT NO. 61631
This SECOND AMENDMENT AND SECOND RENEWAL ("Second Amendment and
Second Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a home -
rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized representative
("City"), and PERRY WEATHER, INC. ("Vendor").
WHEREAS, on July 2, 2024, the Parties entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 61631 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement allows for up to four (4) one-year renewal options at the Buyer's sole
discretion;
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to include the Fire Department as contract
manager.
WHEREAS, the Parties further agree to replace Exhibit D-1 of the Agreement to reflect the
software subscription and users for the Fire Department;
WHEREAS, the amount authorized by the Contract shall remain an amount not to exceed
$50,000.00.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to amend and to renew and extend the Agreement as

City and Vendor hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
Exhibit D-1 of the Agreement is replaced to reflect the software subscription and users for the
Fire Department.
II. RENEWAL
The parties further agree to renew and extend the Agreement for its first renewal term, effective
beginning on July 2, 2026 and ending on July 1, 2027 (Second Renewal Term). This shall be the second
of five one-year renewal periods.
(1) All terms and conditions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended pursuant to
this First Amendment and First Renewal shall remain in full force and effect.
(2) All terms in this Second Amendment and Second Renewal that are capitalized but not
defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
