FIRST RENEWAL OF FORT WORTH
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 62659
VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
MGT IMPACT SOLUTIONS, LLC
This FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 62659
("Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a
home -rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, and the MGT Impact Solutions,
LLC ("Vendor"), a Florida limited liability company.
WHEREAS, City and Vendor entered in to a contract for certain cost allocation
services, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract Number 62659
("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for an initial term and three renewal
options of one year each; and
WHEREAS, the current term expires on September 30, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to extend the Agreement for an additional one-year
period under the same terms and conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor agree to renew and extend the Agreement as
follows:
1. Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 62659 is hereby renewed and extended for a
first Renewal Term to commence on October 1, 2026 and expire on September 30,
2027.
2. All terms and provisions of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 62659 between
the City and the Vendor shall remain in full force and effect during the Renewal Term
unless otherwise amended herein.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this renewal agreement in
multiples for a first Renewal Term to commence on October 1, 2026.
