SECOND AMENDMENT AND SECOND EXTENSION
TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 59916
This Second Amendment and Second Extension to Forth Worth City Secretary Contract
No. 59916 ("Second Amendment and Second Extension") is made between the City of Fort
Worth ("City,") a Texas home rule municipality, and GTS Technology Solutions, Inc.
("Vendor,") a Texas corporation. City and Vendor are each individually referred to herein as a
"party" and collectively referred to as the "parties."
WHEREAS, City and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as City Secretary
Contract No. 59916, beginning August 14, 2023 (the "Agreement"), utilizing Texas Department
of Information Resources ("DIR") Contract No. DIR-CPO-4754 (the "Underlying Cooperative
Agreement");
WHEREAS, on February 20, 2026, Vendor and DIR executed an amendment to extend
the term of the Underlying Cooperative Agreement for four (4) months to expire on July 5, 2026
(the "First Extension");
WHEREAS, on May 1, 2026, the parties amended the Agreement to incorporate the First
Extension and extend the current term of the Agreement through July 5, 2026;
WHEREAS, on June 16, 2026, Vendor and DIR executed an amendment to extend the
term of the Underlying Cooperative Agreement for one (1) additional year to expire on July 5,
2027 (the "Second Extension"); and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the parties to amend the Agreement to clarify the
term of the Agreement and incorporate the Second Extension.
NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, the Parties, acting herein by and
through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the
Agreement as follows:
I. AMENDMENTS
1. The Agreement is hereby amended to repeal and replace the third paragraph of the
Agreement to be read as follows:
The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date signed by the Assistant City
Manager below (the "Effective Date") and shall expire on March 5, 2024 in
accordance with the Underlying Cooperative Agreement (the "Initial Term"). Upon
expiration of the initial term, the Agreement shall be renewed automatically for two
(2) additional one-year renewal terms with the second renewal expiring March 5,
2026, unless otherwise extended by the parties.

2. The Agreement is hereby amended to incorporate the Second Extension of the
Underlying Cooperating Agreement and extend the current term of the Agreement for one (1)
additional year to expire on July 5, 2027.
II. MISCELLANEOUS
All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
