Renewal: October 14, 2026 to October 13, 2027
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth will expire on October 13, 2026
(the "Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the Contract, the City has the sole option to renew the
Contract. This letter shall serve as notice that the City is renewing the Contract for an additional
one (1) year period, which will begin on October 14, 2026, and will end on October 13, 2027. This
is the only renewal term under the Contract. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain
unchanged.
