Renewal Term No. 2: November 01, 2026 to October 31, 2027
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth expires on October 31, 2026
(the "Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the Contract, the City has the sole option to renew the
Contract. This letter shall serve as notice that the City is renewing the Contract for an additional
one (1) year period, which will begin on November 01, 2026, and ends on October 31, 2027. This
is the second renewal term under the Contract. All other terms and conditions of the Contract
remain unchanged.
