LONE STAR LOCAL GOVERNMENT CORPORATION
RESOLUTION
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Authorizing Signatory Authority for all Corporation Bank Accounts
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees ("Board") of the Lone Star Local Government
Corporation ("Corporation") have determined, at a duly authorized meeting of the managers, that
appointing certain persons as signatory authority on all accounts at Wells Fargo will result in
increased administrative efficiency for the Company.
NOW THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT:
1. The following persons are hereby authorized to be a signatory for all Corporation
bank accounts to open and make changes on such bank accounts and to sign all necessary
documents to grant them such signatory authority:
a. William Johnson, Assistant City Manager;
b. Fernando Costa, Assistant City Manager; and
c. Robert Sturns, Director, Economic Development.
2. That the signature of two authorized signatories for the Corporation shall be
required on all Corporation bank accounts to be effective.
This Resolution shall take effect from the date of its adoption.
