Renewal Term No. 3 of 4: October 16, 2026, to October 15, 2027
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth will expire on October 15, 2026
(the "Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the Contract, the City has the sole option to renew the
Contract. This letter serves as notice that the City is renewing the Contract for an additional one
(1) year period, which will begin on October 16, 2026, and end on October 15, 2027. This is the
third of four renewals under this Contract. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain
unchanged.
