Investigation found the pump had previously been installed incorrectly causing misalignment. After proper pump reassembly, the new pump motor could not be adjusted to match the pump alignment requiring the new motor base plate to be machined CP-010 Edwards Ranch Pump Station Pump P4 Motor Plate Trimming 1.00 EA $16,537.50 $16,537.50 unng ump P4 Motor testing, the pump tripped due to vibration.
