Home My WebLink About064245-A1 - General - Contract - United Rentals (North America) Inc.CSC No. 64245-Al FIRST AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 64245 BETWEEN CITY OF FORT WORTH AND UNITED RENTALS (NORTH AMERICA), INC This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 64245 ("Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("City") and United Rentals (North America), Inc ("Vendor"), individually referred to as "party" and collectively as "parties." WHEREAS, City and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 64245, beginning on November 3, 2025 ("Agreement"); WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Vendor to add line items. WHEREAS, the solicitation provides that additional items/services of the same general category may be added based on the discount price sheet provided with the proposal. WHEREAS, the solicitation sought various construction equipment rentals and services, and the City wishes to purchase the same. WHEREAS, Department staff verified that the item(s) are within the scope of the original solicitation; WHEREAS, Department staff verified that this amendment does not increase the total compensation payable under the Agreement. NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, Fort Worth and Vendor, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following, which amend the Agreement as follows: I. AMENDMENT The Agreement is hereby amended to add the items in Attachment 1. II. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. III. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the same effect as an original.
