HomeMy WebLinkAbout064736-A1 - Construction-Related - Contract - Chisholm Trail Center, LPDate Received: 9/3/2026 Time Received: 9:09 a.m. Permit Number: USA26-00009 City Secretary No.: 64736 -Al AMENDMENT TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 64736 UNIFIED SIGN AGREEMENT This AMENDMENT TO UNIFIED SIGN AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a municipal corporation of the State of Texas located within Tarrant, County, Texas (hereinafter referred to as the "City") acting herein by and through its duly authorized City Manager or duly designated representative, and Chisholm Trail Center, LP, a limited partnership (hereinafter referred to as "Company") acting herein by and through its duly authorized representative. RECITALS WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City") and Chisholm Trail Center, LP ("Company") made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 64736 Unified Sign Agreement ("Agreement") on February 17, 2026; and WHEREAS, "Exhibit B" in the Agreement depicts the sign type, height and width dimensions of the allowable signage within the Property; and WHEREAS, the Company is seeking to revise the Agreement's plans as depicted in "Revised Exhibit B" of the Agreement; and WHEREAS, it advisable to execute this Amendment to the Agreement to revise "Exhibit B" in the Agreement in order to depict the changes in location and design being made to the original agreement; and Unified Sign Agreement Amendment Standard Page 1 of 6 OFFICIAL RECORD CITY SECRETARY FT. WORTH, TX NOW THEREFORE, City and Company, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, do mutually covenant and agree that City Secretary Contract No. 64736 Unified Sign Agreement, is hereby amended as follows: 1. "Exhibit B", depicting the types of allowable signage on the Property and their respective dimensions, is hereby revised and amended with attached hereto and incorporated herein to the Agreement. £XHZ4r! 4 2. All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
