Goodall, City Secretary 1 CALL TO ORDER - ELIZABETH BECK, PRESIDENT With a quorum present, President Elizabeth M. Beck called the meeting to order for the Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 2:12 pm on June 23, 2026 in the City Council Work Session Room of the Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas. 2 APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR APRIL 28, 2026 Motion: Vice President Dr. Mia Hall made a motion, seconded by Director Carlos E. Flores, that the minutes of the meeting held on April 28, 2026 be approved. Motion passed. 9-0. Directors Lauersdorf and Peoples absent. 3 WRITTEN REPORTS 2 of 4 FORT WORTH, 3.1 Unaudited Financial Statement as of April 30, 2026 No discussion occurred on the report(s); it was for informational purposes only. 3.2 Unaudited Financial Statement as of May 31, 2026 No discussion occurred on the report(s); it was for informational purposes only. 3.3 Update on Purchasing Activities for Mowing and Audit Services No discussion occurred on the report(s); it was for informational purposes only. 4 BRIEFINGS AND DISCUSSIONS 4.1 Affordable Housing Bond Program Update - Anderson Stoute, Assistant Neighborhood Services Director Presentation was provided by Anderson Stoute, Assistant Neighborhood Services Director. President Beck requested information on long-term plans for addressing the need for affordable in -fill properties. Director Crain requested information on other options other than the Community Land Trust. Director Hall requested staff review plans for ensuring affordable housing is distributed throughout the City. Director Parker recommended scheduling a workshop with the various City partners to discuss options and ideas for affordable housing plans. President Beck recommended reviewing the new affordable housing program bills passed by the Senate and House to identify leveraging options that may be available. Director Nettles requested staff ensure that a viable project is not held back because all of the funding in that category is allocated. 5 ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION 5.1 Consider and Adopt Amendments to the Policy for the Sale of the Corporation's Single Family Lots - Anderson Stoute, Assistant Neighborhood Services Director This item was withdrawn at the request of staff. 3 of 4 FORT WORTH. 5.2 Consider and Adopt a Resolution to Accept Funding to Support Affordable Housing Related to the City's Chapter 380 Economic Development Policy and the City's Economic Development Tax Abatement Policy - Kacey Thomas, Assistant General Manage Motion: Director Carlos E. Flores made a motion, seconded by Director Chris Nettles, to approve Consider and Adopt a Resolution to Accept Funding to Support Affordable Housing Related to the City's Chapter 380 Economic Development Policy and the City's Economic Development Tax Abatement Policy - Kacey Thomas, Assistant General Manage. Motion passed. 9-0. Directors Lauersdorf and Peoples absent 6 EXECUTIVE SESSION There was no Executive Session. 7 REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Director Parker and Director Nettles requested a workshop with City partners to discuss affordable housing plans. 8 ADJOURNMENT With no further discussion, President Elizabeth M. Beck adjourned the meeting of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 2:38 pm on June 23, 2026.
