1 CALL TO ORDER - DEBORAH PEOPLES, VICE PRESIDENT
With a quorum present, President Deborah Peoples called the meeting to order for the Board
of Directors of the Fort Worth Local Development Corporation at 1:53 pm on June 23, 2026 in
the City Council Work Session Room of the Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth,
Texas.
2 ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Motion: Director Elizabeth M. Beck made a motion, seconded by Director Dr. Mia Hall, to elect
Director Deborah Peoples as President, of the Fort Worth Local Development Corporation.
Motion passed. 10-0.

Motion: Director Elizabeth M. Beck made a motion, seconded by Director Macy Hill, to elect
Director Dr. Mia Hall as Vice President, of the Fort Worth Local Development Corporation.
Motion passed. 10-0.
3 APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR OCTOBER 28, 2025
Motion: Vice President Dr. Mia Hall made a motion, seconded by Director Elizabeth M. Beck,
that the minutes of the meeting held on October 28, 2025 be approved. Motion passed. 10-0.
4 BRIEFINGS AND DISCUSSIONS
4.1 Financial Report for the Period of October 2025 through May 2026
No discussion occurred on the report(s); it was for informational purposes only.
5 ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
5.1 Resolution appointing City of Fort Worth Assistant City Manager Dana Burghdoff as an
authorized signatory agent of the Corporation for the execution of documents and
certain expenditures (Ori Fernandez, Assistant Economic Development Director)
Motion: Director Michael D. Crain made a motion, seconded by Director Chris Nettles,
to approve Resolution No. FWLDC 2026-01 appointing City of Fort Worth Assistant City
Manager Dana Burghdoff as an authorized signatory agent of the Corporation for the
execution of documents and certain expenditures. Motion passed. 10-0. Director
Lauersdorf absent.
5.2 Resolutions updating the Signatory Authority for Corporation Bank Accounts (Ori
Fernandez, Assistant Economic Development Director)
Motion: Director Michael D. Crain made a motion, seconded by Director Chris Nettles,
to approve Resolutions No. FWLDC 2026-02, FWLDC 2026-03, FWLDC 2026-04 and
FWLDC 2026-05 updating the Signatory Authority for Corporation Bank Accounts.
Motion passed. 10-0. Director Lauersdorf absent.
