FORT WORTH LOCAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Approving the Corporation's 2027 Fiscal Year Budget
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Fort Worth Local Development Corporation (the
"Board"), a Texas non-profit corporation (the "Corporation"), which authorizes the LDC to jointly
assist and act on behalf of the City of Fort Worth ("City") to engage in activities in furtherance of
the purposes for its creation, annually reviews and adopts a budget for the Corporation (the
"Budget"); and
WHEREAS, the administrative staff presented the proposed FY 27 Budget to the Board
at its meeting on September 29, 2026; and were permitted to ask questions and to request
clarification of the staff with respect to the Budget.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES THAT:
1. The FY 27 Budget as presented by administrative staff and attached hereto is
hereby adopted.
2. This Resolution takes effect on the date of its adoption.
