AMENDMENT 3 AND RENEWAL 6
TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT
NO. 55011 MASTER SERVICE
AGREEMENT
This Renewal and Amendment is executed by and between the City of Fort
Worth ("City"), a home -rule municipal corporation and Wert Bookbinding, Inc. City and
Wert Bookbinding, Inc are each individually referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively
as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, Parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 55011 ("Agreement") on December 9, 2020;
WHEREAS, Agreement was executed for Vendor to provide City with access to
bookbinding services;
WHEREAS, the Agreement was amended on October 4, 2021 to update and replace
Exhibit B, "Price Schedule" (CSC 5501 1-A1R1);
WHEREAS, the Agreement was addended on August 23, 2022 to update Exhibit C,
"Price Schedule" (CSC 5501 1 -AD 1R2);
WHEREAS, the Agreement was addended on August 8, 2023 to update Exhibit D,
"Price Schedule" (CSC 5501 1-AD2R3);
WHEREAS, the Agreement was amended on September 23, 2024 to update and
replace Exhibit D, "Price Schedule" (CSC 55011-A2R4);
WHEREAS, the City and Vendor have renewed the Agreement on an annual basis
to continue services;
WHEREAS, Agreement was previously renewed with the current term ending on
September 30, 2026 (CSC 55011-R5);
WHEREAS, Parties now wish to amend Agreement to update and replace Exhibit D,
"Price Schedule".
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor acting herein by and through their duly -
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to renew and amend the
Agreement:

RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT
The term of the Agreement is hereby renewed for an additional year, beginning
October 1, 2026 and expiring September 30, 2027 unless terminated earlier in accordance
with the Agreement.
2.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
The following term is hereby amended to replace the referenced term in the
Agreement and shall be binding and enforceable, effective on October 1, 2026, as if they
were originally included therein:
The attached Exhibit D, Pricing Increase Letter dated August 26, 2026, hereby
replaces the previous Exhibit D.
3.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
4.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Renewal and Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of
which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A
facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be
treated as and shall have the same effect as an original.
