DISCUSSION: The purpose of this Mayor and Council Communication (M&C) is to request authorization to execute a sole -source vendor services agreement with Carey's Heating and Air Conditioning. Inc. to monitor, maintain, and repair the air ventilation system for an annual amount up to $150,000.00 with four (4) one-year renewal options for the Police Department (Police) weapons range.
