SUBJECT
(ALL) Authorize Execution of an Agreement with Fort Worth Window Cleaning, Inc. for Window
Washing Services in an Annual Amount Up to $205,100.00 for the Initial One -Year Term and
Authorize Four One -Year Renewal Options for the Same Annual Amount for Multiple City
Departments
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council authorize the execution of an agreement with Fort
Worth Window Cleaning, Inc for window washing services in an amount up to $205,100.00 for
the initial term and authorize four one-year renewal options for the same amount for multiple
City Departments.
DISCUSSION
The purpose of this Mayor and Council Communication (M&C) is to authorize an agreement
with Fort Worth Window Cleaning, Inc for window washing services. These services provide
routine interior and exterior window washing for multiple City departments and facilities,
including specialized glass areas, to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality
of City -owned facilities.
The Property Management, Code Compliance, Public Events, Aviation, Park and Recreation,
and Library Departments approached the Purchasing Division to secure an agreement for
window washing services. To procure these services, Purchasing issued Request for Proposal
(RFP) 26-0214, which outlined detailed service specifications, vendor qualifications, and
performance expectations.
The RFP was advertised in the Fort Worth Star -Telegram on Wednesdays from June 17, 2026,
to July 1, 2026. The City received seven (7) responses.
Trifecta Home Services was deemed non -responsive because its proposal did not include the
required Technical Response and Pricing Methodology.
An evaluation panel consisting of representatives from the Property Management and Library
Departments reviewed and scored the submittals using Best Value Criteria.
