The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth expired on September 30, 2026.
(the "Expiration Date"). This letter is the City's official notice of non -renewal of the contract.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter, acknowledging receipt of the Contract
Non -Renewal Notice. Failure to provide a signed acknowledgment does not affect the non -
renewal.
We are no longer using the Nelrod contract to calculate utility allowances. Under the
updated HOME program rules, the City may now use the utility allowance schedules provided
by Fort Worth Housing Solutions (the Housing Authority), and we will rely on those amounts
going forward."
