Renewal Term No. 2: October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth will expire on [September 30,
2026 (the "Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the Contract, the City may renew the Contract at its sole
option. This letter serves as notice that the City is exercising its option to renew the Contract for
the second renewal term, which will begin on immediately after the expiration date. All other terms
and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter, along with a copy of your current
insurance certificate, to the address set forth below, acknowledging receipt of the Contract
Renewal Notice. Failure to provide the written acknowledgment does not affect the renewal
of this Agreement.
Please log onto PeopleSoft Purchasing at http://fortworthtexas.gov/purchasing to insure
that your company information is correct and up-to-date.
