FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 62173
This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 62173 ("Agreement") is
entered into by and between FORENSIC ASSURANCE, INC. ("Vendor"), a Michigan
Corporation, acting by and through its duly authorized representative, and CITY OF FORT
WORTH ("City"), a Texas home -rule municipal corporation acting by and through its duly
authorized Assistant City Manager, each individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as
the "Parties."
WHEREAS, the Parties entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 62173 on October 22, 2024 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the current renewal term expires September 30, 2027; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to amend the Agreement by replacing
Exhibit B with an updated Exhibit B. 1 to reflect updated pricing to be effective during the current
Renewal Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor do hereby agree to the following:
I.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
Beginning on the effective date of the Second Renewal Term, Exhibit B.1, which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein, is made a part of this Agreement for all purposes,
replacing the previous Exhibit B. Exhibit B. 1 shall be binding and enforceable, and the amended
agreement shall be referred to as the Agreement in all future documents.
II.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of Agreement, as previously amended, which are not expressly
amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This First Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall
be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile

copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and
shall have the same effect as an original.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to be
effective on the day the Assistant City Manager signs it.
