DISCUSSION The purpose of this Mayor and Council Communication (M&C) is to appropriate funds in the amount of $128,775.38, from available unreserved fund balance to issue a refund for unused fee balance from the applicants of Public Improvement District (PID) No. 22, Veale Ranch, and to transfer the remaining balance of interest earned to the General Fund. Of the original amount, $115,000.00 will be refunded to the applicant and approximately $13,775.38 in interest earnings will be transferred to the General Fund.
