RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE Star R Foam - Resident Project Representative I I Central City, Commerce Street - TRWD I Project Manager I FNI assisted TRWD with bid package development (including Plans and Specifications) used to procure the best -value contractor to remediate the site under TRRP. An engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs (OPCC) prepared by others indicated that the project could potentially be delayed based on available budget. Charles reviewed the existing assessment data and determined that a smaller volume of material could be removed. Under the Resident Project Representative (RPR) Task Order, and prior to the selected contractor mobilizing to the site, Charles directed waste characterization sampling activities. Eleven samples were collected, then analyzed for reactivity, corrosivity, ignitability, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene (BTEX), Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) RCRA-8 metals, Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH TX 1005) and TCLP Semi -volatile organic compounds (SVOCs). Environmental Consultant I TRWD, Central City Former Police Gun Range Project Manager I Based on a request made by the TCEQ Project Manager for this VCP site regarding `emerging contaminants', soils were sampled by Charles's team for perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) as these chemicals are commonly found in firefighting foams. The soil data additionally identified lead and antimony within the former indoor firing range. Groundwater samples displayed Cycles of Concentration (COC) concentrations above the ingestion values; however, a Municipal Setting Designation allowed Charles to compare the groundwater data to the ingestion values, which effectively closed the potential ingestion pathway. Charles utilized a variety of professional subcontractors to complete the remedial investigation; these subcontractors included drilling contractors to install soil borings and a temporary monitor well and a plumbing contractor that verified that the burn pad drained to an oil - City of Fort Worth I Environmental Engineering and Consulting Services (26-191) Resumes — Excluded From Page Count F EESE r7 NICHOLS Aminda Benkel EIT Assistant Project Manager Aminda Benkel has worked in both a regulatory and consulting capacity.
