HomeMy WebLinkAboutContract 41217-A2 CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO.� �- AMENDMENT TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 41217 WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City") and AB Christian Learning Center ("Contractor") made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 41217 (the "Contract"); W}IEREAS, the Contract provided funding to Contractor pursuant to a grant received by City from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); WHEREAS, Contractor desires to extend the term of the contract; and WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of City and Contractor to amend the Contract to meet Contract objectives. NOW, THEREFORE, City, whose address is 1000 Throckmorton St., Fort Worth TX 76102, acting by and through Susan Alanis, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Contractor. whose address is 5005 Brentwood Stair Road, Suite 200, Fort Worth, Texas, 76103, acting by and through Loretta Burns, its duly authorized Executive Director, do hereby agree as follows: 1. a. Section I.a. is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: Contractor will administer Public Services to citizens of the City of Fort Worth under the program name Stop Six Community GO Center("Program") for the term June 1, 2010 to August 3l. 201 l. b. This amendment is effective June 1, 2011.
