CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS XVL EXECUTIVE SESSION The City Council will conduct a closed meeting to: 1. Deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation of security personnel or devices, in accordance with Section 551.076 of the Texas Government Code. XVIL ADJOURNMENT According to the City Council Rules of Procedures, individual citizen presentations shall be limited to three minutes, and group presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
