Bar Rules:
a) Legal issues concerning solicitation of funds in or near the public right-of-way;
b) Legal issues concerning the U.S. Defense Research lease at Fort Worth Spinks Airport;
c) Legal issues concerning any City Council agenda item;
as authorized by Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code; and
2. Discuss the purchase, sale, lease or value of real property in accordance with Section 551.072 of
the Texas Government Code. Deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on
the position of the City in negotiations with a third party.

According to the City Council Rules of Procedures, individual citizen presentations shall be limited to
