The City Council will conduct a closed meeting to:

4. Deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation of security personnel or
devices, in accordance with Section 551.076 of the Texas Government Code; and
5. Deliberate concerning the annual performance evaluations of the following City Council-
appointed officials:

c) City Secretary
d) City Auditor
in accordance with Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code.
XVIII. ADJOURNMENT
According to the City Council Rules of Procedures, individual citizen presentations shall be limited to three
minutes, and group presentations shall be limited to ten minutes. The Mayor, at his discretion, may reasonably
extend these limits.
