Foundation for Relocation and Maintenance of the Charles David
Tandy Sculpture; Authorize Execution of a Professional Services
Agreement with Unified Art Services, LLC, in the Amount of
$30,000.00 for Relocation of the Sculpture; Authorize Execution
of a Long Term Agreement for Lending the Sculpture to Texas
Christian University; and Adopt Appropriation Ordinance

three minutes, and group presentations shall be limited to ten minutes. The Mayor, at his discretion,
may reasonably extend these limits.
