Amendment: Urban Forestry; An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Fort Worth, being Ordinance No. 13896, as Amended, Codefied Appendix "A"
of the Code of the City of Fort Worth, by Amending; Chapter 2, "Review Bodies" to
delete Section 2.105 "Urban Forestry Board" and add the duties of the Urban
Forestry Board to Section 2.102 "Urban Design Commission" and to add Forestry
experience to the qualifications of members, and; Chapter 6, "Development
Standards" to delete Subsection K of Section 6.301, "Landscaping" and re-letter the

According to the City Council Rules of Procedures, individual citizen presentations shall be limited to
three minutes, and group presentations shall be limited to ten minutes. The Mayor, at his discretion,
may reasonably extend these limits.
