Altamesa Boulevard and 6551 South Freeway, in South Fort
Worth in the Amount of $76,600.00 and Pay the Estimated
Closing Costs of$3,000.00
2. M&C L-14883 - Authorize the Acquisition of a 0.1242 Acre Sanitary Sewer
Easement from Chhatrala DFW, LLC d/b/a Radisson Hotel Fort
Worth South, to be Used for the Construction of the Sanitary
Sewer Replacement and Relocation Project L-6393, Located at
100 East Altamesa Boulevard, in South Fort Worth, in the
Amount of $29,200.00 and Pay the Estimated Closing Costs of
$3,000.00

Lieu of Annexation with the Old Elizabethtown Trust for Property

According to the City Council Rules of Procedures, individual citizen presentations shall be limited to
three minutes, and group presentations shall be limited to ten minutes. The Mayor, at his discretion,
may reasonably extend these limits.

this meeting and who may need accommodations, auxiliary aids, or services such as interpreters,
