M&C L-15074 - Authorize the Purchase of 0.128 Acres of Land in Fee for Right- of-Way and a 0.041 Acres for a Temporary Construction Easement Located at 11509 Alta Vista Road from Lucille Huckabay for a Total of $27,606.25 and Pay the Estimated Closing Costs of $3,000.00 for the North Beach Street Widening Project (COUNCIL DISTRICT 2) 3.
