Texas State Bar Rules, as authorized by Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code:

2. Deliberate the duties and discipline of Municipal Judge Stephanie Beamer as authorized by

three minutes, and group presentations shall be limited to ten minutes. At the Mayor's discretion, time
limits may be reasonably extended.
