4. M&C L-15663 - Authorize Acquisition of a Fee Simple Interest in 0.124 Acres in
an Improved Lot for the Lebow Channel Drainage Improvements
Project Located at 3501 Lebow Street from Antonio Martinez in
the Amount of $40,600.00 and Pay Estimated Closing Costs in
the Amount Up to $3,000.00 for a Total Cost of $43,600.00

XIX. ADJOURNMENT
According to the City Council Rules of Procedures, individual citizen presentations shall be limited to
three minutes, and group presentations shall be limited to ten minutes. At the Mayor's discretion, time
limits may be reasonably extended.
