F man*= MILAIM It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance vacating the southern most 31 feet of the north-south alley bounded by iH-35W Frontage Road, Stella Street, Arizona Avenue, a East Broadway Street containing 3,247 square feet of land in Block 8 of Daggett's Addition, 2nd Filin I and the Morris and Bass Addition as recorded in Volume 9643, Page 101 of the Deed Records, Tarra County, Texas. I] Meals on Wheels, owner of all adjacent land, has requested the vacation of this alley to increa building area on the site. The applicant has made arrangements to relocate existing utilities. A re-pl has been filed with the City for approval. Reviewing City departments and public utility companies ha raised no objection to this request. On December 23, 1998, the Plan Commission recommend approval of this request.
