SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
MARCH 4, 2014
After proper notice given pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Mayor Price adjourned the
Council meeting of the Fort Worth City Council at 4:33 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, to
convene into the Special City Council Meeting for the closed Executive Session in the Pre-
Council Chamber of the Fort Worth Municipal Building.

With a quorum of the City Council Members present, the Fort Worth City Council convened into
closed Executive Session at 4:36 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, in the Pre-Council Chamber
of the Fort Worth Municipal Building to discuss matters pertaining to the following:
1. Seek the advice of its attorneys concerning the following pending or contemplated
litigation or other matters that are exempt from public disclosure Linder Article X, Section 9 of
the Texas State Bar Rules and as authorized by Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code:

personnel or devices, in accordance with Section 551.076 of the Texas Government Code; and

Executive Session and with no further business to be conducted, Mayor Phot adjourned the
meeting at 5:25 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4` 2Ol4.
