Phase Engineering Services to Help Facilitate the Construction of
Altamesa Boulevard, Formerly Known as Dirks Road, from
Chisholm Trail Parkway, SH 121 to Granbury Road, Thereby
Increasing the Total Contract Amount to $2,096,725.85 and
Adopt Appropriation Ordinances (COUNCIL DISTRICT 6)
7. M&C C-26753 - Authorize Execution of Amendment No. 7 to City Secretary
Contract No. 36513, an Engineering Services Agreement with
Dunaway Associates, L.P., in the Amount of $61,375.00 for the
Design of East First Street from Beach Street to Oakland
Boulevard, Thereby Increasing the Total Contract Amount to

8. M&C C-26754 - Authorize Execution of Amendment No. 5 to City Secretary
Contract No. 34445, an Engineering Services Agreement with
Freese and Nichols, Inc., in the Amount of $49,166.00 for the
Design of Precinct Line Road from Hurst Boulevard, State
Highway 10, to Concho Trail for a Total Contract in the Amount of

limits may be reasonably extended.
